1. Return Eligibility

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is significantly different from its description.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or mobile banking account used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges when:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The requested replacement item is available in stock.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number and relevant details.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, Ebizox will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charge.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the return process will apply.

8. Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be declined if:

  • The return request is submitted after the allowed period.
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
