1. Return Eligibility

- The wrong product was delivered.

- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless damaged or defective).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or mobile banking account used during purchase.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges when:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The requested replacement item is available in stock.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and relevant details.
Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, Ebizox will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charge.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the return process will apply.
8. Refund Rejection
Refund requests may be declined if:
- The return request is submitted after the allowed period.
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
